We offer brand partnerships and licensing opportunities for companies to collaborate on campaigns or use the Empire State Building’s name and image for approved promotional purposes.

We offer a wide range of partnership formats, which include tower light shows and building projections, in-building pop-ups, custom exhibits, photo moments, sponsored social content and digital activations, live events and performances, stunts, and full building takeovers. Whether for a single activation or a fully integrated campaign, the Empire State Building offers one of the most iconic platforms in the world.

Licensing allows brands to use ESB's name, image, and likeness on their own assets. Partnerships are activations where the Empire State Building serves as the platform and our global audience becomes yours. This includes in-building experiences, sponsored content, stunts, and more.
