Licensed use of the Empire State Building can be applied across a wide range of formats, like media, merchandise, apparel, souvenirs, and more.

Our team reviews all licensing inquiries within 2-4 business days.

Licensing allows brands to use ESB's name, image, and likeness on their own assets. Partnerships are activations — opportunities where the Empire State Building serves as the platform and our global audience becomes yours. This includes in-building experiences, sponsored content, stunts, and more.
